Wonderful Experience with Great Service and Atmosphere! We visited this place twice and had a great time on both occasions. The lawn area is perfect — ideal for enjoying shisha and also spacious enough for kids to play. We celebrated my partner’s birthday here, and the staff made it special by bringing a small cake slice with a sparkler for the cake-cutting moment (6£ for the cake though). It was a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. The service was excellent throughout our visits. As for the food, the calamari rings and falafel were the highlights — crispy and delicious! It would’ve been even better if they offered hummus as a complimentary side.

The restaurant/lounge was very clean, the food was generously portioned & very tastsy. Parking was free, there was also a car wash attached in the car park so very handy. Didn’t get time for a shisha but will definitely come back again & recommend everyone to visit.

Excellent food! Really friendly staff, we had a great time here celebrating my partner’s birthday and my partner received a surprise birthday cake! The staff sang happy birthday which was very kind of them. I recommend this place and we will be back soon for more delicious food! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Food was nice, shisha was good, drinks were good, garden is beautiful.. had a booth in the garden which was nice. Child friendly, but must sit outside cos of the shisha. Service was very slow, it took a long time to order food and drinks, etc. LGBTQ somewhat friendly, although we were respectful as shisha lounges culture, but were getting a few stares as a lesbian couple, but that's normal anywhere for odd stares.

I am telling you this is the place to dine. Such a beautiful space... The food is amazing.. Consistent... The sauces are original and so delicious. I enjoyed even the Karak Chai tea. Love it! I will be visiting again soon with family.

I recently visited your lounge after coming across it on Google, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The quality of the food was exceptional, receiving a solid 10 out of 10 from me. The shisha was also top-notch, earning another perfect score of 10 out of 10. I particularly wanted to commend three members of your staff, Ghano, Aziz and Omar, for their excellent service. Not only were they attentive and efficient, but they were also incredibly respectful throughout my visit. Their professionalism truly enhanced my experience at your establishment. After my visit, I can confidently say that your lounge has become my number one choice for future outings. The combination of outstanding service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere has truly won me over. Thank you once again for providing such a wonderful experience. The Chicken Kabsa was absolutely delicious, and everything we ordered — from falafel to calamari rings — was spot on. Amazing presentation, mind-blowing service, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend North Star Shisha Lounge!
